The registered agent must have a physical Colorado street address (a primary residence or usual place of business) at which the agent can personally accept documents; a PO box alone is not sufficient, and the agent must consent to the appointment under 7-90-701(3).
The registered agent must be available at the Colorado street address during normal business hours to accept service of process.
