Governing statute: Mont. Code Ann. Title 35, ch. 7 (Model Registered Agents Act), appointment under § 35-7-105, with the LLC requirement at § 35-8-105
The agent must have a business office in Montana with a physical street address. A PO box alone is not sufficient.
