The agent must maintain a registered office at a physical Nevada street address (no PO boxes or virtual mailboxes). An individual agent must be at least 18 and a Nevada resident.
The agent must be available at the registered office during normal business hours to accept service of process. Every appointment must include a signed certificate of acceptance (Registered Agent Acceptance) from the agent.
